Intro to Cd cover
We are going to design a CD cover for our band. And we are also designing a music poster using photographs we have taken. I think we should make ours unique and creative. They must also be appealing and relevant to the style of music audience that they are aimed at. Our CD cover is for a Katy Perry album. So i think bright colors would be appropriate for the album cover.
Music Poster
We were told that we are making posters for music and to research existing posters. I chose this picture. I chose it because i like the bright use of color, it catches the eye of the viewer and keeps their attention with the combination of different pictures. I think that this is an appealing poster and it is a good design. I like how the poster is strange and unique in its design.

Katy Perry sings "Hot N Cold" with Elmo on Sesame Street!
The outfit Katy wears in this video fits her unique fashion style. Katy Perry usually
wears brightly colored strange styled clothes, but in this sesame street inspired video,
she wears a bright green dress and a veil. She says to Elmo that they're her dress-up clothes because they were going to play dress up, the unique design of the outfit fits the video theme well.
Katy Perry Fashion
This is the dress that Katy Perry wore to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. I like how the dress looks stitched and how it flares out from the waist. This is a very creative dress fitting the unique style of Katy Perry. Katy Perry usually wears brightly colored clothes with a strange twist.
John Rankin Waddell
John Rankin Waddell, uses the name Rankin as a work name. He was born 1966 in scotland. He is a portrait and fashion photographer. I like this shot because of the lighting. I like the position of the model, crouched on a podium. I like how the torso of the dress is made of feathers, it creates a unique fashion effect.

Emi Kusano
This is a Fashion Picture. Taken by Emi Kusano, she spends most of her free time in Tokyo's trendy Harajuku. Both to hang out with friends and to shoot the latest trends. She also enjoys discovering small independent boutiques, vintage clothing shops and nicknack stores. Emi has just started as a photographer, but her work has already been published in Cosmopolitan.
